The Law defines legal, economic, organizational basis of the state registration of property and other rights that are to be registered and their liens and is aimed at the recognition provision and state protection of these rights, condition formation for the real assets market functioning.
The Law force does not spread on the state registration of the rights for the air crafts and vessels, inland-waterways vessel, space crafts and other civil right objects that are under the legal regime of the immortal asset.
The state registration is public, is held by the local body of the state registration of rights that is obliged to provide information on the registered rights and their liens in the order established by this law.
